Many of our Document Validation programs we offer invoke the laws and statutes found in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and other laws to protect you from third party debt collectors, fraudulent debt collection practices, and violations of your rights. They work with a nationwide attorney firm for collecting money for you as well when debt collectors violate your rights by calling or continuing collection without verifying the debt.

Why it works

Our procedure requests a forensic audit of the account which collectors are trying to make you pay; they require your collector to provide validation, verification, and proof of their legal authority to collect from you. Over 100,000 debt cases are dismissed each year due to a debt collector not being licensed (not having legal authority) to collect $879 million dollars due to legal technicalities, fraud by some collectors, or a lack of records from the original creditor, debt collectors are most often unable to legally validate and collect the debt.
